The easy to adjust weight bench allows for traditional flat, incline, decline and shoulder presses and is also easily removed to perform squats. Simply fold the press arm out of the way and you can use the bench to perform dumbbell exercises (we recommend our Pro-bell selectorized dumbbell system).

With two 200lb weight stacks, the Bodycraft K-2 allows you to work out with a friend or family member without any exercise down time. The seat pad and back pad are adjustable to accommodate any size user and all of the adjustments, including the cable arms, are color coordinated and numbered for easy transition from one exercise to another.
